Albion guaranteed themselves a mid table finish after a 2-1 away win against city Wanderers at CIT. Albion started well with Conan and martin el causing hassle up front. Japs and rob were giving themselves lots of space out wide and using the full backs to their advantage. Albion went 1-0 up when rob played a lovely ball out wide to the oncoming Martin R who swung the ball into the box, the ball reached martin el who held it well, turned and finished a lovely move to put the away side a goal to the good. Japs then scored directly from a corner to make it 2-0 at half time. Albion were under some pressure in the second as Wanderers pushed for a goal, which they got from a corner with 25 minutes to go. Ben was unlucky not to score from a martin r corner when his header smacked the bar. Conan should have out Albion 3-1 up when a close range shot ended up in row z in croke park after a horrible bounce. Albion saw out the game with Jody & Colm having a great game at centre half with both deccy and ger out of action. A great win for Albion who make it 7 from a possible 9 points in the last 3 games.
