Albion made it 2 straight wins today with their first ever win at town park in macroom. The away side put in a very dominant first half forcing chances for themselves through great work in mid from dan gal & ben. Deccy and Col were having a greattime at the back cleaning everything up with help from the full backs Ger & James and extra mid Martin R. Japs and Martin El were offering plenty of width and support for lone striker Tim. Tim had Albion 1 up on 20 mins after winning a 50/50 with their keeper. he had it 2-0 with a brilliantly worked goal between him and Japs. Japs stole the show on 45mins with a dazzling run past 3 or 4 players to leVe Martin El with a tap in. 3-0 half time.

Albion started the second half on top again though Macroom were slowly playing themselves back into the game. Macroom strick the bar with a glancing header from their attacking mid. they did claw one back from a corner when Albion failed to clear. Macroom had more of the ball at this stage but couldnt find a wayvto break Albion down. Albion did have a spell of 4-5 corners in a row and Ben cane close after great link play with Japs and Gally. albion defended to the death abd saw out the game to get another needed win.
