De Courcey Albion last saturday entered a team in Innishvillas 7 aside tournament.

They were entered into a group of 4 teams in a league/knockout format. They finished the group as winners with 3 wins and scoring 16 goals and conceding 1. The squad was Padraig Harrington, Martin Ryan, James O’Driscoll, JP Hayes, Noel Twomey, Conan Dillon, John Hipwell, Rob O’Donovan, Troy Dillon.

They lost Padraig Harrington for the semi final against Glen Celtic which they eventually lost 1-0 though had enough chances to send the north siders packing.

Some great football played on the day and worth the run out before this saturdays league opener in Banteer.
