De Courcey Albion lost their opening game of the season by 3 goals to 2 at the hands of St John Boscos. Boscos took the lead early on before Shane Moloney pulled Albion level when Darren Daly played a great ball in.

St John Bosco then took the lead again only for Shane Moloney to net his second with Darren Daly again supplying the assist leaving the score at half time 2 a piece.

For most of the second half both teams were evenly match and as the game went on it looked like Albion would score again. But it was St John Boscos that managed to nick the winner late on.
