Albion fell to a 1-0 home loss against Blackpool Celtic this weekend gone. Albion had the bare 11 at the start with a huge list of missing players. Though they played very well in the first half creating more chances and defending very well. Tim Harrington came close to scoring only to be denied by a great save from the Blackpool keeper. Half Time 0-0.

The second half was uneventful until Blackpool took the lead when a strike was parried by Walsh and followed up by a Blackpool midfielder. Tim Harrington came close once again with a glancing header that swept the post. A dissappointing result in which Albion will feel hard done by but will look to redeeming themselves against Macroom next Saturday.
