Colum Walsh signed for De Courcey Albion in January of this year during the transfer window for a club record €10 from local rivals Innishvilla. Albion were locked in contract talks with the young centre half until finally Colum accepted the terms on the final minute of the final hour of the final day of the deadline. Apparently his contract includes a slab of Devils Bit Cider per clean sheet & a slab of Tuborg per away win. Colum has impressed since his arrival on the hallowed turf at Eli Lilly & has become a first team regular since February of last season.
