KEANO SWITCHES ATTENTION TO ALBION AT LAST MINUTE

Robbie Keane has taken a sensational U-Turn on his switch to Celtic, choosing native De Courcey Albion as his choice of preference on loan until July. Keano stated his admiration for the management team was vital in his final decision to join the Courcey outfit. “What this management team have offered me on a weekly basis, well, i’d be mad to turn it down.” The apparent deal includes a goalscoring bonus & a bye into the 2nd round of the next Nintendo WII tournament.

Martin Ryan is said to be delighted with the signing. “Well we need cover for John Duggan for the next game or two, so we thought Robbie fitted the profile perfectly. He can score goals, he can have a bit of craic & said he has no problem taking Kevin O’Neill & Noel Twomey in the car to games with him.” However what cannot be explained is Ryan’s massive gain in weight. He had been rumoured to have gone off the wall with James O’Driscoll & captain Colm O’Donovan after sundays devasting league defeat to fellow promotion hopefuls Afton Villa. The trio were spotted in Ballinspittle, Garretstown, The Old Head, Ballinadee & Kilmacsimon at pubs that, for legal reasons, we cannot name.

Keano is set to make his Albion debut this sunday against Lesside at 2pm at Eli Lilly, Dunderrow.
