Albion went into their 4th league game of the season desperately in need of draw at least to bring some confidence back to the side. The first 15 minutes saw the away side control the game with some neat passages of play between midfieldersand strikers. John Duggan came close on on 20 minutes when the keeper made a very good save after Michael Walsh played Duggan through.

On 25 minutes Dunbar took the lead wh a neatly slotted goal. Albion took control once again straight from the kick off and chances from both John Duggan & Ronan O’Driscoll went begging. The 2nd half started very brightly for De Courcey Albion as Seamus O’Callaghan & Michael Walsh took control of midfield. On 75mins Albion were awarded a free kick outside the area. Colm O’Donovan flicked the ball onto Michael Walsh who placed the ball in the back of the net.

Albion went look for the winning goal and in the 80th minute Dunbar caught them on the counter attack rom which they scored the winner. On On 89 minutes the ref blew the full-time whistle controversially after announcing there would be 4 minutes of injury time. Another dissapoining day but some very good positives to take from the game.
